The June 2023 issue of TI Observer (TIO) focuses on the evolving international dynamics between developing and developed countries, examining the different focuses of the recent G7 Hiroshima Summit and the China-Central Asia Summit. While the G7’s joint statement highlights geopolitical concerns and great-power competition narratives such as “China’s economic coercion,” the Xi’an Declaration establishes regional high-level communication mechanisms and promotes socio-economic development.

In this June edition of TIO, commentators scrutinized the G7 Hiroshima Summit and the China-Central Asia Summit,and shared their views on the shifting international positions of the developed and developing countries.

《太和观察家（TI Observer）》六月刊聚焦五月两场重要的国际会议，中国-中亚峰会和G7广岛峰会，并以此为切入点讨论发展中国家与发达国家之间不断演变的国际动态与叙事重心。G7广岛峰会在其联合声明中频繁强调地缘政治冲突、“中国的经济胁迫”以及大国竞争叙事；而《西安宣言》则致力于建立区域高层沟通机制，促进区域社会经济发展。G7国家作为曾经的“世界领袖”，其经济发展逐渐降速，面对许多重大政治外交事件时也隐现内部分歧；而全球南方各国近年来国际声量日益增大，成为重要的全球力量。本期TIO主要对中国-中亚峰会和G7广岛峰会进行回顾分析，并探讨发达国家和发展中国家在世界发展与外交合作等领域的时代性转变。
